This grass blend grows in sun or shade. If you have any shade, use this for dark green, dense turf everywhere.

Each of our grass seed blends has excellent disease resistance! Why? Because our blends are high in endophyte fungi, a naturally occuring fungus that helps protect against disease and insect damage. This fungus will live in your new lawn for years.
